RETREAT FULL Please email Michelle if you wish to go on the waiting list - michelle.bernard2@ntlworld.com Once our practice is relatively stable, we can jump-start our spiritual development using special meditation techniques. This retreat will focus on how to skilfully use these important methods to deepen and sustain our practice. This retreat is open to those who have sat one or more 6-day retreats with Tsoknyi Rinpoche, or who have already received pointing out instructions at a similar retreat with Mingyur Rinpoche. Booking will open December 1st 2011 and places allocated on a first come first served basis. The booking form will be online at that time. The cost will be £360 inclusive of meals, accommodation and retreat fee. A reduced rate of £330 will be available for dormitory beds. PLEASE NOTE that if you wish to pay by Paypal we will be asking for you to cover the Paypal fee, so please add £15 to your payment The venue for this residential retreat will be Bruton School for Girls, Bruton, Somerset. It will be a closed, silent retreat and participants need to attend the whole event. There will be two periods of teaching a day interspersed with sitting meditation.
